Pranayama & Meditation

Pranayama (breath work) and Dhyana (meditation) to awaken the subtle body by using mudras and techniques that will bring a calming effect to the mind.

 

Slow Flow

Designed for those who want to take their practice at a slower pace whilst maintaining flexibility, mobility and strength. Incorporating Yin and holding postures for 3-5 mins, creating space and entering in to a deep state of relaxation. This practice will help to open the layers of connective tissue around the joints that are not usually accessed in a dynamic yoga practice.

 
 

Ashtanga

Modified Primary Series suitable for open to all levels. Ashtanga follows the same sequence and series of poses where you synchronise breath with movement.
