Individualising your Yoga needs

1:1 Sessions.

Whether you’re a beginner or hold an advanced practice, 1:1 sessions are tailored to your individual yoga experience to meet your needs.

We will work together for 60 mins where I will provide you with ancient yogic teachings and techniques that you can incorporate into your life, to aid you with your mental health and wellbeing as well as your physical health.

These sessions are for anyone who would like to learn individualised techniques that can help with self awareness and self development resulting in a more balanced life.
